Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge on the main concepts, principles and rules of the Law of Civil Procedure.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course will be able to; define the basic concepts and principles of civil trial procedure.
  • Discuss the procedure of opening a case according to the civil trial procedure and basic procedures for the first degree phase.
  • Evaluate evidence in civil proceedings.
  • Explain the ways of the law.
  • Classify alternative dispute resolution methods.
Course Description The main concepts, principles and rules of the Law of Civil Procedure, procedural actions in the first instance, higher legal remedies and alternative dispute resolutions will be covered in this course.
